I have many years of experience in sharing ideas and practical, helpful tools with people, through my work as a strategic marketing consultant, yoga teacher, and coach. I’ve trained extensively with Barbara and Terry Tebo, the creators of Free To Be Me, and am a member of their Lifespring Academy. I’m also a graduate of London University, and of the IYTA Teacher Training Course; and have trained with the Institute of Executive Coaching. In my spare time, I have fun belly dancing, drumming, and doing bush regeneration.

About Maureen: After years of experience in theatre and cabaret, I embarked on a career in financial services which included presentations. I did the Free To Be Me seminar many years ago, and have been applying the principles ever since. It keeps going deeper in my life, and has transformed so much. I really enjoy sharing with people the ideas and tools which Free To Be Me offers. It is wonderful to show people different choices and how they can look at their lives in fresh ways.
