Free To Be Me (Part 1) - Five three and a half hour daytime or evening classes are held over two to three weeks or on one weekend. |

Free To Be Me For Teens - Self Esteem, relationships and study skills - for teenagers in the first three years of high school.

This Free To Be Me Seminar is run over one weekend. The first Session is on the evening of Friday 10th of February from 7:pm to 10:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday sessions are from 9:00 am to 5:00pm on Saturday the 11th and Sunday the 12th of February. The final session is a one on one time with either Helen or Tony and is arranged at the end of the course. Course Fee includes a course manual, notes, post seminar workbook and a meditation CD and the book Free to be Me by Terry and Barbara Tebo
